Why Resin Mill

A system you can build a business on

The Resin Mill Ltd makes the materials in the UK, and Resin Mill Europe supplies them across the EU from stock in Belgium. What sets us apart is everything around them, so you can sell and lay resin bound with confidence.

What you get

Six reasons partners choose Resin Mill

50:50 mixing ratio

Resin Bound UVR Pro mixes Part A and Part B one to one. A simple ratio that is hard to get wrong on site, and the one the system is designed around.

Premixed Resin Rox blends

Kiln-dried aggregate, premixed and bagged into ready blends, so the colour stays consistent from bag to bag and nothing is blended on site.

Support

Technical help from the first question to the finished surface, hands-on training in our Training Academy and guidance on your first project.

Documentation

EU-format safety data sheets, technical data sheets, PPE guidance and installation guides, versioned and in your language.

Ready markets and marketplaces

A Resin Mill online store for your country and our marketplace channels as they open, so you sell to installers and homeowners from day one.

CRM and sales

Enquiries from our websites and campaigns land in a CRM we run with you, alongside quoting, ordering and a B2B portal for your installers.

50:50

One to one, every kit

Resin Bound UVR Pro is a two-part polyurethane resin mixed 50:50, Part A to Part B. Equal parts make mixing simple and repeatable for every crew, and it is the ratio the system is designed around for strength and flexibility. The resin is UV stable, so the surface does not yellow, change colour or fade over time.

The resin is made by The Resin Mill Ltd in numbered, date-stamped batches, with samples taken throughout production, so every kit can be traced from source to delivery.

Resin Rox

Premixed blends, consistent colour

Resin Rox premixes and bags the aggregate with dedicated technology, so the colour stays consistent from one bag to the next and nothing has to be blended on site. No unwelcome surprises, the finished surface looks the way it was planned.

The stone is sourced from quarries across Europe, and the blends held in EU stock measure a slip resistance of PTV 71 to 78. Free colour samples let your customers see a blend before they decide.
