The wearing course is UV-stable ResinRox resin bound aggregate, hand-troweled to a seamless finish over a 100kN structural reinforcement mesh. Beneath it, the Bound Base Pro base course carries the load on a single-part polyurethane binder, a flexible alternative to asphalt.

A regulating capping layer and compacted MOT Type 3 sub-base distribute load and keep the system permeable, with a geotextile membrane separating the build-up from the subsoil for its full service life.

A stable polyol base that is straightforward to store and transport. No special licensing is required for your depot, and shelf life supports realistic stock planning.

Part B - Hardener

EU CLP compliant

The reactive hardener component, packaged, labeled and documented to EU standards. Clear handling guidance is part of every distributor and installer training.
