FlexiRox

Where strength meets flexibility.

FlexiRox is a UK-made, solvent-free, one-part polyurethane resin system that binds recycled SBR rubber and natural aggregate into a tough, flexible, highly porous surface. It is SUDs-compliant, crack-resistant and shock-absorbing.

How it works

Mixed on site, trowelled in one pass.

Per mix 25 kg SBR rubber crumb (2-6 mm) + 25 kg decorative aggregate (2-5 mm) + 6.8 kg PU binder

Surface prep

Prepare a clean, stable, porous sub-base.

Mix

Dry-mix 50/50 colour, add binder, 2-3 min.

Trowel to depth

Screed and finish with a magnesium trowel.

Cure

Leave to cure before opening to traffic.
